What we collect

• What you send us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message when you fill in a form on this site, email us, call us or text us.
• Calls: calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed, so we have an accurate note of what you asked for.

• To send invoices, payment links, appointment and callback confirmations, and account notices.
• To keep records of the work we have done for you.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only as far as they need it to do that job: payment processing (Square), phone and text messaging (SignalWire), email delivery, and website hosting (Cloudflare). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@nextgearwebservices.com or calling (251) 399-4655. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires us to.
