SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from NextGear Web Services, a trade name of NextGear Pilot & Safety Services LLC, sent from (251) 399-4655.

What you will receive

• Payment links and invoices for services you have agreed to buy.
• Appointment, meeting and callback confirmations.
• Replies to questions you have asked us, and updates on work we are doing for you.

We only text you after you have given us your mobile number and agreed to receive texts, for example by asking us on a call to text you a payment link, or by texting us first. We do not send marketing texts to numbers that have not agreed to them.

How often

Message frequency varies with your account and the work in progress, usually a few messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one message confirming you have been removed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@nextgearwebservices.com or (251) 399-4655.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
